I recently ordered a dining room table and chairs from O.Co. The table and 2 of the chairs arrived damaged. This was not the fault of o.Co, but they were absolutely AMAZING in their response to the issues. I was treated politely by each of the customer service reps. They were personable and friendly. And I really appreciated the fact that my calls were all answered in LESS than 1 minute! Overstock should conduct classes for other companies about how to obtain customer satisfaction. I Can't wait to shop some more at o.Co! I am confident that they will stand behind their products and make it right when they don't meet expectations. Thanks o.Co!
