Bad Customer Service

I bought a mattress and dining area collection Feb 15. I had been informed that both could be shipped on February 18th. They turned up each day early to provide the mattress and dining area collection. At the moment I had been informed they could be not able to construct the desk since it was damaged. The supply driver explained the desk might come the next evening using the additional 2 seats. They ought to up 24 hours later to provide the two seats, but no desk. They explained somebody might contact me to reschedule the shipping. Two times approved and that I eventually named Customer Support to discover once the desk could be shipped. I had been informed they didn't plan something since I didn't contact to obtain another desk! They explained the desk could be shipped the next Friday (January 27th).

Therefore, today is February 27th. Rooms Togo has simply quit my home and that I however DON'T possess a desk. Again, the desk was damaged plus they were not able to put together it. But this time around, they quit an item towards the desk. Therefore at this time, I've 6 seats and also the foundation to my desk resting within the dining area

I once more named customer support (because it is my responsibility to obtain the table-top). The repetition explained that it'd be another week before they're ready to provide the table-top. I informed her that I'll NEVER cope with Areas Togo again. I doubt she cared!
