I sent a return on 7/22/ll for a refund. I have made numerous phone calls and emails to inquire about when I might receive my refund, this is the only response I am able to get. (No money) I also have another return that I would like to send back but I am afraid that I will never see that refund as well and would rather donate it to the homeless then return it. And money is tight on my end and I could use that refund of $145.00 please $45.00.

Here is Metrostyle's response:

"We would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have encountered, and thank you for being so patient with us. Your frustration is absolutely understandable.

As you may know, we are currently undergoing financial restructuring. Unfortunately, this is what has been affecting your merchandise refund; however, the restructuring process is nearly complete and you will be contacted within the next 45-60 days with a resolution".
