I sent the return on 7/22 and made numerous phone calls and emails inquiring why I haven't received any refund. I also have another return to ship but I am afraid to do so for fear that I will never see any funds and would rather donate this item to charity. My refund totals are $145.00 and $45.00 please see below for the response from Metrostyle:

"We would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have encountered, and thank you for being so patient with us. Your frustration is absolutely understandable.

As you may know, we are currently undergoing financial restructuring. Unfortunately, this is what has been affecting your merchandise refund; however, the restructuring process is nearly complete and you will be contacted within the next 45-60 days with a resolution.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you have encountered as a result of this issue and we promise to make it right"
