MBNB Completely Scammed my husband with worthless Wedding Rings Internet

I just want to start off that my husband was in the military was preyed on by Romano's Jewelers. They take advantage of military and offer them financing on worthless jewelry. Let me start off that the problem started the 1st week we got the ring. The Diamonds started falling off. Then we returned it, and it took 3 months to get it back. Finally, we wanted my husband's ring resized and they took it in. Never telling us that they wouldn't be able to resize it. After 3 months the ring was lost. They then replaced it with a worthless ring that was not the same and broke in 1/2 after a week. Mean while the entire time we were waiting on the cruise package that they offered, but never gave us. Yet, they were charging us continuously. I got upset and stopped the payments, which wasn't right, but now I'm stuck with these worthless rings that we have paid for $3,000. They are a complete scam. They are a fraud and there is a reason that they are no longer with the BBB.
