Charged without knowing California 92868

A charge was found on my debit card for $79.95. I had no idea what is was so I called them up. He asked me for my credit card number, full name, and last four digits of my social. I told him I didn't want to but he claimed itw as the only way to see the account so I gave it to him but the account is closed today.

He told me he would refund me, asked me if I had accessed my credit report through them recently. I told him I had never even heard of them until that charge, he said my account reflected that I had accessed them through Yahoo Wallet or something from Yahoo. I figured it out. When I paid something else or signed up with Yahoo Wallet you know it asks you if you want any of those other services? I always say no and uncheck the checked ones, well looks like I missed one.

So not only and I angry with CIC I am angry with Yahoo for that mistake. Beware of CIC, we are eagerly awaiting a refund from the. I also asked him to take me out of his database.
