Web-based site identity theft complaint - NO IDEA

Checked my online banking statement and found charges from this company along with a toll free number to call. I called to ask what this was concerning and expained that my wallet and cards were stolen. I asked them to refund the 28.00 charge and they refused based on the fact that someone knew/knows my e-mail address and asked a question on this site. I had never heard of this company until I found these charges. I have several e-mail accounts whomever asked this question asked it through my yahoo account jesselee_1968@yahoo.com When I asked this company to return my money to my debit card their customer service rep said I had an account with them. I personally, however do not. I have never asked a "law" question on the computer. I have contacted everyone else who had charges show up up on my account and they were happy to help me. This company, Just Answer, is the only one I have had an issue with. My cards have been canceled and I am in the process of having everything else replaced as well.including my drivers license and other credit cards. I wish this company was as cooperatvie as the rest have been. I even had charges show up from within another state and those funds were replaced. Ery disaapointed in the customer service received here.
