Stolen identity, yahoo knows and refuses to make right ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell cheated employees and screwed the customers even more con artist

I have a yahoo e-mail address... At some point someone got into my yahoo account and opened a 'yahoo wallet' using my ID and credit card info. Yahoo has billed my credit card company for this usage. My card company is taking the charges off my card, BUT - yahoo refuses to delete my supposed yahoo wallet and it's contents so that they would no longer have my credit card info.

They keep telling me I can get into it and delete it myself if I want it done. I can't because it is password protected, and of course, since I didn't open it I don't know the password.

They still have my credit card info and someone can still be ripping me off because of that. There is no reason whatsoever that the assholes who keep sending me generic replies on form letters can't just spend 1 minute erasing the 'wallet' instead of sending me generic replies. I think they just want to keep the illegal info they have so that they can rip me off more. Too bad these jerks on the internet can't be controlled.
