This is a disreputable, unprofessional, & unreliable operation!
They guaranteed 2-day delivery, but then failed to ship the order at all!
They do NOT respond to email, and do NOT answer their phones.
After finally getting through to a woman, she was argumentative & rude and then hung up the phone.
After reading other reviews and complaints filed, this seems to be their normal practice and not the exception!
