To begin, I'm not one to typically feel the need to write a negative report about a purchasing experience I had with a company. I will usually just write it off as a bad experience. However, my purchasing experience with Beautiful Orchids of San Franciso, CA (www.beautifulorchids.com) was too hideous for me to ignore. I hope this report will help other consumers not get "ripped off" by this company.

After spending over $200 on one of their "premium orchids, " it was dead on arrival when delivered to a female friend of mine. After she and I spent two days calling and emailing the company, she finally reached a person in their customer service department. The man said to her, "we are so sorry about that, lets see, today is Wednesday, you'll have a new orchid by Friday." Not only did they never send the orchid, they completely ignored all of her and my subsequent attempts to contact them in order to let them know that she never received the orchid and that I would like them either to send her an alive orchid or refund my money. We have never heard anything back from Beautiful Orchids. It has been over a month.

—I would highly recommed not supporting Beautiful Orchids (www.beautifulorchids.com) fraudulent business activites.
