Inferior repairs

I contracted with Appliance Doctor to perform work on my washing machine in December. My washing machine was having a problem that caused water to fill my mudroom. Appliance Doctor came out twice, first to determine the problem, and a second time to replace a part. This caused me to miss two days of work to meet with their repairman. Around this same time I had a pipe burst in a separate section of my home and had to temporarily move out of my home while substantial repairs were being performed (I am pregnant and could not be around the fumes generated by the work being performed). I moved back to my home in this past week and attempted to use the washing machine for the first time yesterday. When I tried to use it the same problem occurred. When I came to get the laundry out of the machine I found a huge mess - my mudroom had filled with water again. I called Appliance Dotor again today to request that they come out to correctly fix the problem, since they did not fix the problem the first time. I was told I would need to pay for another service visit, even though the first visit resulted in no repair actually being performed for the issue I complained about. I explained that I had not been in my home for several months and this was the first time I had used the machine since their repair, and that their repair did not fix the problem, and they did not care. I am really disappointed in their response to this situation. This company obvsiously does not stand behind its work and will not take steps to fix inferior work it performs.
