Maytag MVWC400XW is the loudest machine I have ever owned. It also only allows washing in hot or cold water, even though there is a warm setting. Service repair tells me that is the way all brands are designed so that they are energy efficient. Then why have a warm setting? This is the second washing machine I have returned to Home Depot.
