I called for service my washing machine would not spin and was leaking water. A service representive from AAA Appliance Service came out and looked at the problem. He then gave me an estimate of $195.00, with a $20.00 discount, which then made the totall bill $175.00. He said he found the problem, it was a wire that had come loose, he tightened the wire with his fingers 5 seconds at the most. His report said "Found and fixed bad connection in safety system". He said it was all related. I didn't question his opinion because it is his job to know what to do, so I gave them a check for $175.00. I was given a receipt the number A43436. The washing machine is still leaking, I have called AAA Appliance Service for 8 days and have been put off, they are rude and hang up on me or tell me to call back and I'm put on hold and no one comes on the line, so then I wait a few hours and call again. I still had NO results. All I am asking for is for AAA Appliance Service to give me the service that was suppose to been provided. Do not use aaa appliance service, they do not stand behind there work!!!
