Ripoff sent me a defective product i sent it back for a new one and never received my $109.00 lonois

I bought a $109.00 cross bow and it was delivered broken. I talk to the vendor and he sent me a return ups form. I returned it and never recived my order or my money back.

I also contacted e-bay which he is a member and also no response they rip me off or internet fraud. I'm also disabled and can not work. They stole my money.
