Hello, I am (used to be) an avid shopper at Kohls, but as to date I am not going to shop there anymore. I have tried to get an order credit for a shipment i refused and to this date nothing... I called at least 6 times and they continue to talk about a credit that I got in the store. I returned something off a totally different order #.. Do they not train them!!! I used to love Kohls, never shopping anywhere but there. Christmas and all b'day gifts were always from there. I am fed up. Until I get this credit and talk to someone that knows the Kohls business, I am not shopping there. I had ordered the same things on 2 different order numbers. Returned one in store and refused the other at the door. Proof both have been returned and still no credit or no one that knows their stuff. I am just sickened by this, especially when I purchase in excess of $1000 from there in less than 4 months. Former customer. Thanks for letting me vent!!!
