Kohls Ruined Christmas! - online shopping

Christmas ruined by Kohls! We placed an order online with Kohls on November 26th and they completely lost the order even though it showed that they had shipped it online.By the time we did get a hold of someone they had sold out of our entire Christmas order. My parents are getting old and this is the first time they tried to shop in this way. Kohls wouldn't do a damn thing except refund the money they lost. My mother is going into surgery tomorrow and has no way of getting her Christmas shopping done now! This is the most awful business management I have ever seen in my life! If you do plan on working with this company make sure you know what you are getting into and prepare for hell!
