Kohls terrible online Xmas shopping experience

Placed an order online for Christmas. Kohls cancelled my order without even notifying me. I found out after I had to track down the order that never showed up by calling customer service. It was cancelled because they ran out of the item. However, they never even notified me through an email that it was out of stock and that it was cancelled. I will never trust Kohls online shopping for Christmas or any special occasion.
