Carrollton, TX - SCAM Teaser postcard you fill out ends up charging you $298 for a listing you didn't want

I filled out what appeared to be a "FREE Listing" that was about to EXPIRE for the Yellow Pages directory. It appeared to be just a verification of your current business details.

Well this deceiving company ends up sending me an invoice a week later for $298 for my Yellow Pages "Advertising". There was never a contract to sign, no official agreement, nothing. I have no desire to advertise in the Yellow Pages... All I thought I was doing was verifying the location of my business address.

Luckily I read other consumer complaintss and will immediately call them to cancel peacefully. I will not send any money, and certainly not submit credit card details to this SHAM of an operation.

They say their FED TAX ID is# 71-0901674

Just reading the number of other people who are being taken in by this SCAM, I'd agree that a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT or some other legal action needs to shut these guys down immediately!
