Doug Harshman Underhanded, Sneaky, Lying, and Unprofessional Service

I am writing from a property owners point of view in ref to Kittyhawk Realty Inc. From reading past posts on Doug Harshman and Kittyhawk Realty Inc. I have to agree to so many things that have been written and am shocked that my very concerns and complaints were in black and white. I never get a answer when I call just a recording and am lucky to get a phone call back in a week or so. When I talked to him the very first time I told him that the carpet in my house will be changed upon my return so I was not concerened if the tenants had pets or stained it. He just smiled and said don't worry I know how to take care of that and I thought then that he was sneaky but I was in a hurry to move in three weeks with a short notice assignment from the military. I fully understand the persons comment on how he ripped them off with the carpet complaint. This company will promise you anything in the world to get your business and give you that fake attitude to suck you in. He does service calls that he does not tell you about and uses companies that you do not authorize after you have told him over and over not to do so. I have went round and round with him via email and none of his emails are ever the same. I make sure my emails say the exact same thing but all his returns are differnt, changing of subject, twists to his last one and just a bunch of fluff and excuses. He tells you one thing on the phone and the exact opposite in an email. I wish I could terminate his service and forget I ever met this man. I called my realtor that sold me my house when I first was told about him becuase she had worked with him at a different company and she sighed on the phone and gave me another man to use and I should have taken her suttle hint but again was in a hurry. This man is unprofessional, underhanded, sneaky, and a plain liar! He uses the military as a selling point for his Inc as he calls, just to take advantage of them for his own benifit. I do not recommend anyone use him and all beware of his lying ways! I could go on and on about all his lies but will stop here. Just please take the advice given in these complaints before signing anything with him. I have other things I could be doing with my time besides writing this complaint if it was not true.
