Melvin godfrey rude, arrogant, disrespectfulx5, doesn't work well under pressure at all!

Melvin Godfrey is a total disaster to work with. He is very rude, arrogant, and self-centered. He has SHEER negativity flowing on a consistant basis. About a total of ten plus employees, have written statements regarding his behavior towards many of the officers. Mysteriously, the papers have disappeared???

When a shift begins, his way of greeting an officer is the raising of his voice, his body language is all WRONG, and he never seems to know his position or what is going on as acting supervisor! He speaks very badly towards the officers while at the CITGO gas station to the attendants. When actually he should be pumping gas for the company truck, and not discussing the officers with strangers who no nothing about how the company is operated. As of today, the attendants hate to see him coming because they know it will be nothing but NEGATIVITY when he enters the store.

Officers are now not wanting to be in his presence because of his irrate behavior and simply the way he is as a person! He makes a person feel simply irritated and want to QUIT the job. Something or someone needs to really evaluate this STUPAVISOR because the contract will definitely be in JEOPARDY of being completely lost. My personal feelings are that we as officers are HUMAN before an officer, and I PERSONALLY demand respect in any work environment! This STUPAVISOR has no respect for anyone and hopefully the right person reads this blog. The situation is TOTALLY out of hand and needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! And maybe those old complaints that were written by officers will be found in Mr. Williams old locked box... I'm sure they are their.
