Danny elmore, case littlejohn, officers that harass

On several occasions my apartment community have observed their officers claim to be police officers and wear an arm patch that say fugitive apprehension. Their commanding officer Captain littlejohn constantly harass people as they walk by. He and his officers put their hands into peoples pockets for no reason other than walking through the property.

We have noticed that not all their officers are this way but the ones that wear the fugitive apprehension patch are the ones that claim to be police officers. The black dodge pickup with the red and blue lights and siren pulling people over and treating the driver as a criminal. And the warrant officer in the back window.

The captain and his fellow officer tell everyone that they are going to take everyone to jail for speeding or talking back to them. When did security become police? Is a security officer suppose to label themselves as police officers? Many of my fellow residents have called their branch office and havent seen any positive feed back.
