Davita Hollen Wrongful termination of "Model Officers" and Allowing Workplace Harassment

G4S Security is the worst transition that could have happened to the Securitas sites in Pontiac. The site (1251 Joslyn—Pontiac) has the worst supervision and Site Coordinator of all of the local sites. The S/C is a bully type manager who uses any means to harass officers on a daily basis. She really bullies those who stand up to her and are Union Reps. That fight against her wrong doing.

Every since G4S Security took over, they have allowed the S/C to run things how she wants which means more terror for the site and officers. She has been the cause of officers getting fired who have not done anything to have been terminated. She sets officers up into situations to make them "intentionally" frustrated so that she can have a paper trail on them.

As it stands now, officers with clean records and many years are quickly being terminated because of "wrongful" situations. G4S is doing nothing to investigate the situations, the SPFPA union is a fat joke, and the supervisors and S/C are getting away with murder in the meantime. Officers are being put in a "Put up or shut up" situation.

Everytime an officer is pulled in the office for "something they make up", it is said that it is the "client's request" to let the officer go. There seriously needs to be a through investigation of this site, and the "protection" that G4S is giving the S/C there. They have the officers in a "scary" position where they won't speak out because of fear of losing their jobs.

The SPFPA union is getting paid from each and every officer to protect them against such harassment, wrong doing, and being in fear of losing their job. They are doing nothing but taking officers money. They take the company and managements side over the dues paying officer every time.

If you have an opportunity to get out of this company and away from the unnecessary stress, then take it. Warn anyone else that tries to become employed to be careful and aware of what they will be getting into when dealing with the site management, union, and company.
