I paid my bill twice @29.86 because walmart set up two acct.instead of one i want to be reinburst for the second 29.86 payment i made

I purchesed two phones at lake havasue city walmart and had the sales clerk set up the phones i understud that it would be two lines one account then a couple weeks later bought another phone to be added to tha account. After paying my bill of29.86 dollars my husbands phone was saspenned. I called costomer service @tmobile because i got no help when i called wal mart. They told me i had to pay on the other account to restore the phone witch was needed scence my husband is a farmer. His formen was unable to reach him while he was out on the tracktor in the fields. So of corse i paid the additional 29.86 dollars. Then called customer service back to have them put the three phones on one account.

I am very upset that i had to pay an anadditional amount when it was walmarts mistake in the first place and i should be reinburst. I would also like to add that further phone or electronic purcheses will not be made at walmart. I have had other problems with walmart on major purcheses. Like my computer was previously owened then never scanned serial number so their wasent a record of the computer and i realy could go on. That was the wal mart in parker so i went 45 min out of my way to the wal mart in lake havasue city az and the servic wasent any better. Thank you jannie
