Paid phone bill twice because two separate accounts were set up

I purchased two phones at Lake Havasu City Walmart and had the sales clerk set up the phones I understood that it would be two lines one account then a couple weeks later bought another phone to be added to tha account. After paying my bill of29.86 dollars my husbands phone was suspended. I called customer service @tmobile because I got no help when I called wal mart. They told me I had to pay on the other account to restore the phone witch was needed since my husband is a farmer. His foreman was unable to reach him while he was out on the tractor in the fields. So of course I paid the additional 29.86 dollars. Then called customer service back to have them put the three phones on one account.

I am very upset that I had to pay an an additional amount when it was Walmarts mistake in the first place and I should be reinburst. I would also like to add that further phone or electronic purchases will not be made at Walmart. I have had other problems with Walmart on major purchases. Like my computer was previously owned then never scanned serial number so their wasn't a record of the computer and I really could go on. That was the wal mart in parker so I went 45 min out of my way to the wal mart in Lake Havasu City az and the service wasn't any better. Thank you jannie
