Shut off my cable after i made the agreed payment - wanting more money

I made a payment arrangement with Charter - paying 1/2 my bill due on 4/24 to keep my service active - i actually paid 4 days early on 4/20 - it is not 4/26 and they shut off my service - wants then second payment - which was agreed to be paid on 5/4 now - no money - no service - they hung up on me twice - how can they do this - i fufilled my part of the bargain - but they don't have to - never again - i am done with them - when i told them that they said the bill would go to collections and there would be a cancelation charge added to it - told them no way am i paying - you didn't live up to your part - why should i - charter is a rip off pure and simple - don't ever make an arrangement with them - they will stab you in the back
