KAYS Does It To Another Customer ripoff stone falling out for 3 yr in a row

Hi my name is Heather and my husband and I bought our wedding set from Kays as well and I have had it since 97. Yet for the last 3 yrs the same stone continues to fall out. Yes they replace it every year of course I am very good about my cleanings as well as making sure my insurance is always listed with them...
But instead of replacing or giving me a new setting completely since this is 3 yrs in a row I have been told I have to upgrade it or trade it in meaning I have to spend more money there cause to trade in a piece they give you the value towards your purchase but you have to buy somthing worth 2 the original price of your ring.
I for one am sick of my ring looking damaged every year when the stone falls out to have to drive over leave my ring there from 7 to 15 days to get it fixed just to repeat this next year I plan on having this ring for the duration of my life does that not say i shouldn't have to do that every year as well as take it in for its cleanings and its inspections every 4 to 6 mo. If any one has any idea on what i can do please help. I want my ring to last but they would rather I bring it in every year or spend more money...
