Did not honor their contract that they make you sign

The people handling the phones hook you up with a home in your area that will pet sit your dog. They are very quick to get you to commit, sign their contract and make a deposit. Their contract states that if the match up of a home for your dog does not work out, they will find you another suitable home. They did not find another suitable home for me, give me a refund, or pay the pet sitter. Something is wrong here. I would not trust them and their " Board of Directors". When i tried to resolve the issue with them, they would not return calls, etc.
