Defective Tire at Sale

I bought a 2010 Range Rover Sport with 5000 miles on it. The truck was 4 months old. I travelled from NY to Georgia to pick the truck up. I drove the car 800 plus miles home and found out my rear left tire had a plug in it from a flat tire.instead of replacing the tire Land Rover chose to hide it from me and placed my life at risk. Land Rover refuses to do anything about it.
