Ripoff dry cleaning, the clerk DID NOT inform me that the silk items would cost DOUBLE what regular items would cost

I went to Pardise Cleaners with 11 pieces of clothing to be dry cleaned. I had found a coupon online and decided to give them a try. The dry cleaner I usually go to charges $1.50/item but they don't do specialty items (silks, beaded items, etc) so I decided to go to Paradise because I had a coupon.

Upon dropping off the clothing the clerk DID NOT inform me that the silk items would cost DOUBLE what regular items would cost. I dropped them off on a Tuesday and the clerk told me they would be ready by Friday (my normal cleaners provides next day service). I told her that that was a long time and they had to be ready by Thursday morning. That's about the only thing they did right!!!

I proceed to pick up the clothing on Thursday and present my 20% off coupon. The clerk rings me up and informs me that my grand total, with 20% off, is $96.96!!! Are you KIDDING me?!?!?! I took a sport coat in that usually costs $1.50 to clean at my regular cleaners, and they charged me $7.65. Same with a teeney weeney halter top; usually a $1.50 and they charge me $8.05. Gimme a break!!!

Upon dropping off these items the clerk should have informed me that it was going to cost me a 1/3 of my monthly CAR PAYMENT to have these items cleaned. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! You can not tell me that this price is justifiable. It is a complete RIP OFF and the service was bad as well. When I questioned the second clerk about the cost she mocked me by saying that I should "pay attention to the tags on the clothes I buy". That is ridiculous and no way to handle business. I will be giving my business to another cleaners.
