Gave clothing to cleaners - 4 blouses needed a button - which I gave. They claimed one blouse did not have a button given to them and sewed on a non fitting children's button without consulting me. They also just pressed without cleaning some item so now stains are stuck there and clothing needs to be thrown out and finally they said they charged me double - without consulting me - because some of the items had some cat fur. They kept me waiting two hours for pick up and were verbally hostile. All in all a cleaners from hell
