Dry cleaners, overcharged, deceptive business practices

I was a first time customer at Carolina Cleaners and brought in a number of items (over 12) for laundry. The clerk took my details and printed a receipt. When I went to collect items I was shocked that I had been charged 5.71 per item! This is apparently because they hand pressed the items instead of machiene pressed them. The standard cost in the area is around 2 dollars, so almost 3x the price.

I acknowledge blam in not asking the price but also feel that as a first time customer they should have informed me of the price difference or at least given me an option in pressing - I had no idea! To me this is a deceptive business practie. I will never use Carolina Cleaners again, no matter how good they are.
