This company is a complete scam. Will take your order, lie about its availibility and it will take you months to get a refund if at all.internet

I placed an order for a knife through this company. I called before I placed my order to ensure the item was in stock. Placed the order and magically it was out of stock before my payment cleared the bank.

I called customer service and canceled my order immediately and was told they would not bill my card, they proceeded to bill my card anyways. Strike one. Liars.

I called again after three weeks to demand an immediate credit to my card. I was told it would take 14 days starting that day. Strike two. Thieves

Contacted my card issuer to place a chargeback on the transaction, they stated that anyone who lies and says it is anything more than three days maximum should not be allowed to take the Visa again and they would investigate. I am filing a fraud complaint with the FCC as well. If you have been taken by this company please do the same.

Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.
