Ripoff scam

Instawares takes orders and immediately charges for products it doesn't have, even though listed as in stock.

They immediately charged my card upon placing my order. The item was listed in stock with a note that should ship within 2-3 business days.

I inquired a week later and was told it was out of stock. Should be in 2-3 weeks. Called back in 2-3 weeks and was told the same thing, out of stock should be in 2-3 weeks.

Told them to cancel the order and credit my account. They said they could ship it from a different warehouse. Ask if they could ship from a different warehouse why didn't they? This was a stall tactic as there's no warehouse selection possible at time of order.

Ask them to cancel and credit back my card. Just to be safe notified Visa to challenged the charge.

They never credited my card but Visa did reverse the charges.

These guys are running a scam.
