What do you call realtors and a real estate company that will make oral agreements but are not willing to put those agreements in writing? That's what this office is. Better to go elsewhere

Property managers who will orally agree to a whole bunch of issues but will not put them in writing may not be what you want to work with. Will orally agree to what you want to hear (to get your business) but as we all know it's what is in writing that is what a court will listen to. Be forewarned about these folks!
