Carpet Left Soaked and Spotted After 15 Minute Cleaning, Competitor Fixed It

I called Sears carpet cleaning and when they arrived 1 hour late it only took them 15 min. to clean 3 rooms. My carpet was not even dirty but I wanted them freshened up for spring. When they left the carpet was soaked and spots all over that was not there before. It took 3 days to dry. I told the technician before he left that it was very wet and spotted and he told me the spots would go away when it dried. As you know they didn't. I could not get no customer service at the 1-800-4my-home number they kept saying they would have someone call me back. That never happened so the next day it was still soaked and dirty so I called another carpet cleaning company in town (guarantee system) at 800-655-3403 and they came out and cleaned my carpets again and they looked like new and only damp. I explained what had happened with Sears and the owner even gave me 1/2 off the cleaning. Now that's customer service. Getting 1/2 off and they didn't even do the damage, they fixed it. Guarantee system highly recommended. Great company!!
