Rolls Realty Dishonest Realtor - Avoid at All Costs

Realtors around the country have been deeply impacted by the economic and housing crisis in the United States. Michaela Grandey, feeling this impact, has resorted to breaking verbal agreements in an effort to collect more money for herself. She will promise you a low commission (or kick back), but when the time comes for her to pay you she will act like she has no idea what you are talking about. My wife and I had a friendship with this person so we felt a verbal committment was enough. We should have "got it in writing". I would stay away from this realtor at all costs. The head of Rolls Realty understood my situation and agreed that what she did was wrong but felt he had no authority to change the situation. He understands that one of his associates is dishonest yet continues to work with her. I think that is all you need to know about him and Rolls Realty. Be aware, she burns bridges everywhere she goes and by the time you read this she could be with another real estate company. Stay away!!!
