We'll i was a past employee of this employer and i was hired in may and around may the owner decided to flee and run out of town before i even received my first paycheck. Alot of employees wern't payed due to his actions. I tried contacting him and the manager, whom played no part in his actions, but no results. I had a newborn at the time and had to pay many medical bills and this was a job close to home and i used to walk to and from work. With that paycheck not recieved it was hard and i had to look for another job, other employees didn't want to fight and press the issue.

But now i see advertising in my area and near my home for the business, that is now back and running. It's very upsetting to know that the owner left and was so unfair to many employees and has no consequences. He started hiring back in January, I heard from a new employee, when i called to get in touch with him. This was over a month ago and no phone calls were returned.in the past when i worked for custom patio rooms, alot of employees told me thier was incomplete services and how they paid for services and nothing was finished. I just want justice to be served, so this never happens again.
