Unpaid wages and w2

I was not paid for the time I have worked frim jan 1st to january 14th. This employer is refusing on giving me my w2 form. She have given 2 other people their w2 form and I have contacted her about it and called and she is not giving it to me at all. There are 2 other people involved that she has not been paid. I have been there almost a year and she has lied about everything. This employer do not need to have a business at all for what she is doing to employees. We suppose to be paid every first of the month since feb 1st I have yet to recieve a paycheck in the mail, which she said she have told the payroll company to mail it to us. The payroll company said they mailed it to her along with my w2 and the pther employees. So please help me in this matter. I have over due rent and bills to be paid becuase of her actions toward her emlpoyees that have worked for her. She has even cut off the job phone and the only number I have is her cellular phone and she has changed her greeting. She has been ignoring us and refusing to pay us for what we have worked. Please help again please help
