CCSS The owner does not pay his people on time, and throws fits when employee bring their pay problems to him

There have been many occasions where when paychecks have not been out on time, the employee brings up the fact that the employee has bills and the owner gets mad and has actually threatened to do physical harm to employees. There has been times where, pay was offered more like an allowance, than a paycheck. There has been times where employees may not be paid for two to three months, and the remark was the bank wasn't getting things out on time, or the clients were not paying. I am not even sure the proper licensing was up to date or current or even actually there.

I would not go back because I am not sure if I would be the one hurt or worse.
I am not mad because I was forced to quit. I just do not want others to suffer the same fate, rather injured on the job and not covered or not paid and something happen.
