A Fake Phone Bill for Fake Phone Calls

I just purchased a condo, and had the phone line turned on, HOWEVER, I didn't move in until June 28. This company, 900 Direct, claims a call was made on June 7 (note: I didn't move in until June 28). Even though the phone line was on, I wasn't at the condo the time the call was made.

I called this company, and told them I wasn't occupying this residence as yet, and there isn't anyone else who could of made the call. The have very rude customer service representatives and refuse to provide the name of the manager/CEO/President of this "so called company." It's a sham, a rip off, a bunch of crooks trying the squeeze my hard earn money. Don't pay this so called bill. Let sue the bums.
