United Kingdom rip-off! Phone charges, call I never made

I received my first bill and it was 160.00 i was mad because i knew i could not make long distince calls i don't even have long distance on my phone call the 800 no. And was told a block would be put on my line next month another bill for 70.00 came call my phone co. They took the charges off now i have another bill for 6 call made in the same night starting at 9:07pm until 10:23 all made in the same night 350.00 total this time but this time the bill came from One Web Direct Bill not from my phone company my son sayes not to pay and I am not going to
