After payment, this store does not send order, respond to inquiries or cooperate to issue a refund

I bought a pair of shoes for at www.kuklashop.com. On Jan 17 for approx. 50 and paid an extra 26 for shipping through Paypal.

KUKLASHOP did not send me the shoes. I contacted them numerous times, they told me to be patient because it was the Chinese New Year and orders were backed up. After a few back and forwards, I was never communicated a shipper tracking number or confirmation that my order had been shipped.

I filed a dispute through Paypal and tried to resolve the problem kindly and patiently. I have kindly asked for a refund numerous times and KUKLASHOP has now stopped answering my emails.
Here I am as well, without my order and my money after 3 months of trusting this site.
