I purchased a pair of Cole Haan shoes for my 9 year old son because they were soooo much cheaper than other sites. The day they were purchased my credit card was charged and I also received an email from rios shoes with my order number but no tracking number. After a few weeks went by with no shoes, I emailed them and got no response. I contacted paypal to file a dispute. The next day I received a small package from China with a yellow sponge inside. I was FURIOUS!!! Paypal then sent me an email because the seller provided shipping confirmation! Again, I contacted paypal and they asked that I send them detailed info about what happened... And that's where I am! I better get my money back! I can't believe there have been complaints filed with paypal since January and they haven't shut rios shoes down!!!
