Kukla shop dodn't anwer on e-mails and did not deliver the order Internet

I ordered a pair of shoes on december 4 at Kukla shop. It is february 27 now. After several emails Kuklashop doesn't answer anymore, and I'm still waiting for delivery.
The two mails they responded on saying the item was sent, the second the said delivery was delayed due to Chinese New Year.
The last emails I sent, no replie. I'm afraid this is theft. I paid 76, - and I really don't know how I can get my money back.
I just advice to boycot Kukla Shop, unless you want to waste money.
