Refusal to Meet Contractual Obligations

I paid for a Home Warranty contract that covered my pool equipment. The contract specifically states that the Pool Pump repair/replacement is covered by the Warranty. I called them to report a leak in the Pool Pump and they dispatched a repair service to check it out. The repair visit cost me $45. The repairman said that a part needed to be replaced, but that he needed authorization from the Warrant Company to proceed. They refused to let him make the repair. After speaking with them, they contend that the Pool Pump is excluded. The Warranty contract clearly states that it is included. If it was not included, why would they even dispatch a repair man to the site? I have a copy of the contract in my possession.
In addition, Choice Home Warranty was extremely rude and offensive over the phone.
