Choice home warranty service failed to replace my air conditioning unit. Sent repair service company out. Put on a new fan moter and starter relay. After they could not fix the a/c unit they said that the a/c was not services on a regelar base's so they denied my claim it cost me $ 2175., 00 to replace the unit
