Highlights did not show, hurried me, bad service - Fantastic Sams highlight

1. Did not give me a receipt (said she would)
2. Said she would bleach/lighten my hair b/c it is naturally black and I wanted the color to show
3. Got frustrated when I wanted it to be fixed, even though she offered to
4. Cut my hair very forcefully, took off more than the 1/2 inch she said, and did it painfully, and did not dry
5. Said it would show when my hair was dry, and did not show, rushed me out
