Online service, search for arrest records, etc. I needed to check if an arrest record (charges dropped, case dismissed) would show up. I enrolled, paid fee. To check this service, I entered a known arrest / info (person, state. Date, etc.) and NOTHING showed up! Wasted my money, but learned a lesson.
