Needed imf. On a person, and when i enter the name of the person, it said this web site can't give out any imf

Well i enrolled yesterday [12-15-09 ]to use their web site to get the imf. I needed on a person, now it said it cost reg. Reg. 59.95-but their spec. Right now was 29.95, so i push that deal, but it can up as 39.95, but i needed the imf. So i went a head and enroll at 39.95 by credit card, and log on to their site and enter the person name-town -all - the imf. They asked, and it comes up that this site can't give out this imf. And the reg. Site says monet back guaranteed. So what i am saying that is misleading.
