Horrible Customer Service

Tonight 02/07 8:20PM, I was inline trying to get my stuff checked out at the cashier counter. I laid the carrying case on the slider for a sec to unload the heavy stuff. I then immediately got yelled by this 40-50 years old Asian female cashier for doing just that. "Don't put it there, don't it put there!" she yelled. I was like, WTF? I tried to find the manager to file a complaint but somehow couldn't get the manager to me.
