I am writing this complaint to inform you about the offensive, unprofessional and totally unacceptable behavior of Safeway Assistant Manager Linda Towe at the Safeway store # 8 located at 7375 E. Arapahoe Rd., Englewood, CO 80112. On 08/09 I was assaulted verbally by a customer who cut in front of me at check out line attended by Linda Towe.instead of acting as a professional manager and security person that she claimed to be she aggravated the situation and encourage the other customer to curse me

In front of her. I hope you will never promote this employee of yours, because will affect Safeway's good name.
